feel most welcome taking it global has been a positive site to me. i hope you will enjoy all that is offered especially the forums. it is great to feel just a little bit down but if it is excess why dont you force yourself to laugh by doing some of the most ordinary and silly things that people do like singing, humming or just taking a walk to ralax.
